My old washing machine was looking very grungy. Filth settles into all the nooks and crannies. I also have hard water, which means I am sure there is a lot of settlement in the hoses and through the drains. This great pin by one of our Favorite Websites, One Good Thing, shared a great way to deep clean your top loading washing machine.
Obviously my washing machine looks great. However, I can’t tell you how clean the parts I cannot see are. No real measurements to give you to rate this pin but I can say when
using bleach and vinegar to clean- I am sure it can’t be bad. The washing machine smells great now and according to One Good Thing should be repeated once every three months.
